Refunds for fully unused packs within 7 days, failed generations and payment issues.

You may request a refund for a fully unused pack within 7 days of purchase. Email support with your order ID and payment email. Confirmed failed generations return credits automatically; this is not a cash refund. For a corrupt file or a result clearly showing the wrong person, contact us within 7 days with the video ID for review. A completed result is not automatically refundable merely because it differs from a sample. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed and corrected. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and the corresponding unused credits are removed. Bank processing time varies.
