How we handle account information, photos, generated videos, payments and file deletion.

We process your account email, uploaded photo, generation settings, order references and video results to provide the service. Selected photos and settings may remain in this browser for up to 24 hours; removing the photo or signing out clears the draft. Cloudflare hosts the service and files; APIMart receives the photo and motion reference to generate your video. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store full card numbers. Google handles Google sign-in, and our email provider delivers account messages. Optional analytics are loaded only after consent. Service and security logs help diagnose errors. Photos are scheduled for deletion after 7 days and finished videos after 30 days; provider retention is separate. Contact our support address to request access, correction or deletion. Necessary account, order and security records may be retained to resolve transactions and disputes.
